Village X is a social enterprise that uses an innovative Store to Village System (interactive phone app, website and database) to encourage members to engage in a positive cycle of buying from partner businesses and giving to specific grassroots community projects. When a member gives, the donation is instantaneously assigned to a project, and the member receives a link to the project's timeline page, where the recipient community provides live mobile updates of the project. Our goal is to link good business to good development and allow our members to know, and show, exactly how they help others.
