Create an online platform to build on the successful shelter dog field trip programs. Where people are encouraged to walk shelter dogs, giving the dogs exercise, time out of the shelter and exposure to lots of potential adopters!
Build a community of dog lovers and convert them into volunteers. There are millions of dog lovers out there but very few volunteers. We aim to create a platform to connect dog lovers direct to the dogs to encourage more people to walk shelter dogs!
Improve the lives of people. Many people do not have a dog to walk and there is no better way to brighten up someone's day than spending time with a dog. Want to be happier and healthier? Walk a shelter dog!
Promoting shelter dogs as great pets. We want to bust the negative myths around shelter dogs and encourange people to consider adoption by showcasing wonderful dogs that need a loving home.
